Our Antalya / Türkiye Bauxite Mining Crushing and Screening Plant Project

As General Makina, our Bauxite Crushing and Screening Plant project, which we successfully installed and commissioned in Antalya, Türkiye, is custom-engineered for processing bauxite ore—known for its hard and abrasive structure—with high efficiency. Fully adapted to the challenging conditions of the mining site in Türkiye, this plant delivers both continuous operation and exceptional crushing performance.

200 - 250 Tons/Hour Capacity and Powerful Equipment Configuration

The bauxite mining crushing plant features an average crushing and screening capacity of 200 - 250 Tons / Hour. The installation includes a 110 Vibrating Rock Hopper for initial material feeding, a high-power 110 Jaw Crusher, and a production-multiplying Twin 110 Jaw Crusher unit.

Precise Screening and Uninterrupted Material Transfer

To classify and bypass the ore according to particle sizes, a Vibro-Grizzly Screen and a Conventional Vibrating By-Pass Screen are integrated into the plant. Additionally, equipped with a Vibrating Sand Feeding Hopper for precise material flow and heavy-duty Conveyor Belts for transfer between lines, our Antalya / Türkiye project seamlessly continues its mineral production.
