Shipment of 900 mm Jaw Crusher Stationary Plant to Ethiopia

As part of our new project strengthening our presence in the African market, the factory loading and shipment operations of the Stationary Stone Crushing and Screening Plant with 900 mm Jaw Crusher, manufactured for installation in Ethiopia, have been completed.

Meticulous Crane Loading Operation at Factory Yard

The heavy-duty equipment manufactured at our production facilities in Izmir Torbalı, Turkey, was meticulously loaded onto transport vehicles using cranes at our factory grounds. Following logistical preparations and safety checks on site, our plant was shipped to operate with high performance in the East African region.

Boasting a production capacity of 120 – 180 tons per hour and capable of outputting 4 different sizes of quality final products simultaneously, the key heavy-duty equipment integrated into the plant includes:

• Primary Jaw Crusher: Enables the processing of large run-of-mine rocks with high crushing power in the primary crushing stage.
• Cone Crusher: Supports achieving a high reduction ratio and cubical product shape during the secondary crushing process of hard and abrasive rocks.
• VSI Impact Crusher: Delivers fine aggregate and sand production to targeted standards in the tertiary crushing stage.
• Conventional Vibrating Screen: Ensures precise classification of crushed material into 4 distinct sizes.
