Mobile Crushing and Screening Plant Export to Algeria: General 01 and 02 Shipment

General Makina continues to expand its global market network and reinforce its strong presence in North Africa. Within the scope of the hard limestone crushing and screening project carried out in Algeria, the shipment of the completed General 01 Mobile Crusher and General 02 Mobile Crusher plants has been successfully completed.

Transported to the port at night using specialized heavy transport trucks, the giant mobile crushing and screening plants were safely stowed into the cargo hold of the vessel using cargo cranes and dispatched to Algeria by sea.

High-Chrome Alloy Blow Bars Tailored for Harsh Field Conditions

To ensure continuous performance against the high-strength structure of hard limestone, the impact crusher rotors in both plants are equipped with high-chrome alloy cast blow bars. This maximizes wear resistance while minimizing operational and spare parts costs.

Capacity and Technical Specifications

• General 01 Mobile Crusher: Equipped with a GPS 1210 impact crusher and a 1600x5000 mm 4-deck vibrating screen, it processes rocks up to 700 mm feed size, offering a capacity of 120-180 tph.
• General 02 Mobile Crusher: Powered by a GPS 1413 impact crusher and 2000x5000 mm 4-deck screen technology, it crushes large blocks up to 1000 mm, reaching a high output of 180-250 tph.

Both mobile plants enable the production of high-quality aggregates in sizes of 0-5 mm, 5-12 mm, 12-19 mm, and 19-40 mm.
