Successfully installed, field-tested, and commissioned in the Manisa region, our 300 T/H Stationary Crushing and Screening Plant project was designed to meet the high-volume aggregate supply demands of infrastructure, highway, and ready-mix concrete production projects in the region.

300 Tons/Hour Capacity and High-Performance Crusher Combination

Engineered for heavy-duty operational conditions, our plant achieves an average crushing and screening capacity of 300 Tons per hour. In the primary crushing stage, the heavy-duty GNR PDK01 Primary Impact Crusher delivers high reduction ratios, while the high-efficiency GNR 100 Tertiary Crusher operates in the secondary and fine crushing stages to maximize the cubical product ratio and final material quality.

High Quality Cubical Aggregate Production and Operational Efficiency

Supported by heavy-duty vibrating screen systems and optimized conveyor networks, the plant processes raw material into precisely sized aggregates conforming to strict construction and concrete standards.
