We have successfully completed the installation and field testing of our Primary Impact Crusher 900 Stationary Crushing and Screening Plant designed for limestone processing in the Astana region of Kazakhstan.

Primary and Secondary Crushing Power in a Single Body

Installed as part of the project, our plant is engineered to meet the high-quality aggregate demand for concrete production with maximum efficiency. The Primary Impact Crusher 900 integrated into the system combines both primary and secondary crushing functions in a single machine, providing investors with a high reduction ratio and low operational costs.

Key technical features of the plant:

• Capacity and Utilization: With a production capacity of 100 – 120 tons per hour, it produces high-quality aggregate meeting concrete plant standards.
• High-Stroke Vibrating Screen: Thanks to its specialized 1600x5000 mm screen structure, it ensures precise and clog-free separation of materials.
• Closed-Circuit Operating Architecture: Oversized materials remaining on the screen deck are automatically recirculated back to the crusher via return conveyors, and the process continues until targeted product sizes are achieved.
