Installation of PDK 01 Stationary Stone Crushing and Screening Plant in North Macedonia

As General Makina, we continue to bring high-capacity plants to infrastructure, mining, and aggregate projects in the Balkans with our engineering strength. Our field teams have started the assembly and infrastructure installation work of our PDK 01 Stationary Stone Crushing and Screening Plant with a capacity of 300 – 350 tons per hour, which will serve at a mining site in North Macedonia.

Details from the Ongoing On-Site Installation Phase

Highlights of the field installation built on special concrete piers and heavy-duty steel construction legs:

• PDK 01 Impact Crusher Body Assembly: The main body of our PDK 01 primary impact crusher offering high-tonnage crushing power was precisely positioned on the concrete platform using cranes.
• Vibrating Screen Tower: The material classification unit is being prepared by placing the high-stroke screen group and steel tower construction with walking platforms.
• Belt Conveyor Systems: Laying and alignment assembly of chassis belt conveyors that will ensure closed-circuit operation and product stockpiling are ongoing.

High Crushing Efficiency in a Single Body

This setup centered around PDK 01 (Primary Impact Crusher), offering high reduction ratios in limestone and medium-hard rock structures, is designed to produce cubical aggregate required for concrete and asphalt production at the lowest operating cost.

After field assembly is completed, testing and automation processes will be executed, and the plant will be delivered to our customer on a turnkey basis.
