M-Titan 100 Mobile Concrete Batching Plant 100 m³h - Manisa

Meeting the high-quality and homogeneous concrete demand required for the production of prefabricated concrete and structural components with mobile convenience, the manufacturing and field installation of the M-Titan 100 Series mobile concrete batching plant has been completed and commissioned in Manisa. Featuring a fresh concrete production capacity of 100 m³ per hour, this plant seamlessly fulfills the high-standard concrete requirements of the facility producing industrial and factory structures.

The pre-feeding system integrated into the plant eliminates the need for an aggregate ramp required in conventional concrete batching plants, saving jobsite space and accelerating the installation process. Furthermore, the heavy-duty Twinshaft Mixer utilized in the system provides maximum homogeneity in a short time, even in dry and stiff concrete mixes with low water/cement ratios.

The M-Titan 100 mobile concrete batching plant equipment commissioned as part of our Manisa project:

• Twinshaft Mixer: With its high-strength structure, it delivers the precise and homogeneous concrete quality required in prefabricated concrete production with maximum efficiency.
• Pre-Feeding System: Enables loaders and buckets to feed directly and rapidly without requiring additional ramp construction for aggregate hopper loading.
• 4x15 m³ Aggregate Hopper & Weighing: Ensures 4 separate aggregates of different sizes are transferred to the mixer with a 4800 kg precise weighing capacity and a 1000x12000 mm belt feeding conveyor.
• 100 Ton Fixed Cement Silo: Safely meets cement storage requirements in high-volume and continuous operations.
