General Makina has completed the manufacturing and initiated the shipment of the GNR-MVSI 800 Mobile Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher Plant, a powerful member of the MVSI series developed with state-of-the-art engineering solutions by our R&D team, for our customer in Kahramanmaraş.

Powered by the integrated GNR VSI 800 Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher, the plant operates with a production capacity of 100 – 150 Tons / Hour and produces 3 different sizes of precise final products. Thanks to its specially designed hydraulic hopper grizzly, it feeds material up to 50 mm directly into the system while screening out oversized rocks to ensure maximum machine safety.

Offering an ideal solution for sites with high demand for fine material (sand) in 0-3 mm and 0-5 mm ranges, the GNR-MVSI 800 reshapes flaky and flat rocks into a high ratio of cubic form to deliver premium quality aggregate.
