How Many Tons Per Hour Does a 110 Crushing Plant Crush? Capacity Guide

One of the most critical parameters determining efficiency in quarrying and mining projects is the production tonnage of the crushing and screening plant. 110 crushing plants with a feed opening of 1100x850 mm offer high crushing performance, ranging from 200 to 350 tons per hour in general use. The hourly output capacity of the plant varies depending on the hardness level and silica (SiO2) content of the rock to be processed:

  • In Limestone: An average production capacity of 250 - 300 tons per hour is achieved.
  • In Hard Stones Like Basalt and Granite: Due to the high abrasiveness of the material, capacity ranges around 200 - 230 tons per hour.

Jaw crushers operating in the primary crushing stage easily crush even the hardest rock masses. To increase the ratio of 0-5 mm fine aggregate (sand) required for ready-mix concrete and asphalt production or to boost overall tonnage, secondary crushers and high-frequency vibrating screens can be integrated into the plant.
