120 m³/Hour Capacity and Twinshaft Mixer Technology

Engineered with a heavy-duty design approach, our stationary concrete batching plant solution offers a fresh concrete production capacity of 120 m³ per hour. The high-performance Twinshaft Mixer unit utilized in this project delivers homogeneous mixing and fast discharge times even for the most demanding concrete grades, maximizing overall production efficiency.

4x30 m³ Aggregate Bins and Smart Automation

To ensure precise weighing of raw materials in various sizes, a 4x30 m³ capacity aggregate storage bin is integrated into the plant. Featuring a fully automated computerized control system, accurate cement and water dosing, and a robust steel structure resistant to harsh winter conditions, our Magnum 120 project continues uninterrupted, high-standard concrete production at the job site in Bulgaria.
