In the limestone quarry in Libya, featuring North Africa's challenging terrain and climate conditions, we have successfully commissioned our GNR series mobile crushing and screening solutions to meet high-tonnage crushing and screening needs. Operating synchronously in an open-pit quarry dominated by desert climate, our plants ensure uninterrupted supply of high-quality aggregate for infrastructure and construction projects in the region.

Custom Mobile Solutions for Diverse Capacities and Needs

Within the scope of the project, three distinct mobile crusher models operate to respond to different crushing stages and tonnage targets on site:

• GNR 01 Mobile Crushing Plant: With a capacity of 120 – 180 tph, a powerful rotor crusher, and a closed-circuit screening system, it efficiently meets medium-scale crushing demands.
• GNR 950 Mobile Crushing Plant: Offering a production tonnage of 150 – 240 tph, this model stands out with its compact structure transportable by a single truck and 30-minute rapid commissioning advantage.
• GNR 02 Mobile Crushing Plant: Featuring a high crushing capacity of 180 – 250 tph, our plant reduces limestone rocks to desired grain sizes with a high reduction ratio thanks to its GNR PDK02 impact crusher.
