Our Türkiye 100 T/H General 640 Mobile Crushing Plant Project

Successfully installed and commissioned in Türkiye, our General 640 Mobile Crushing Plant project was deployed to stably process highly abrasive hard stone and ore formations.

100 Tons/Hour Capacity and Two-Stage Crushing Engineering

Engineered specifically for hard ore sites, our General 640 Mobile Crusher plant achieves a crushing and screening capacity of 100 Tons per hour in this project. Accepting feed sizes up to 500 mm, the system effortlessly crushes even the hardest rocks through a primary GPJ 60 Jaw Crusher followed by a specially designed GNR 50 Secondary Impact Crusher in the second stage.

Closed-Circuit Operation and Precise Aggregate Production

Built on a single portable chassis and operating in a closed circuit, the plant produces standard-compliant construction aggregate in sizes of 0-5 mm, 5-12 mm, and 12-19 mm thanks to its integrated 1200x4000 mm 3-deck vibrating screen. With its economic investment cost and rapid transport advantages, our project has brought uninterrupted production efficiency to the job site.
