GNR 640 Mobile Crushing Power in Central Anatolia Infrastructure and Water Pipeline Project

Within the scope of infrastructure and water pipeline laying operations carried out in the Central Anatolia region of Türkiye, we have successfully commissioned our GNR 640 Mobile Crushing Plant project to produce the high-quality backfill and construction aggregate required by the job site.

Two-Stage Crushing and Precise Screening on a Single Chassis

Engineered to process hard and abrasive rock groups steadily, our plant features a crushing and screening capacity of 60 – 100 tph. Incorporating a GPJ 60 Jaw Crusher in the primary stage and a GNR 50 Secondary Impact Crusher in the secondary stage on its compact and fully portable chassis, the system produces qualified aggregate complying with pipe bedding backfill and infrastructure standards through its closed-circuit operation principle.

Thanks to the 3-deck vibrating screen technology within the plant, final products in 3 different grain sizes are obtained simultaneously. With low energy consumption, practical transportation capability, and rapid setup advantages, GNR 640 has brought continuous site performance and economic operational efficiency to infrastructure investments in the region.
