Van General 01 Mobile Crusher Plant - 175 t/h

Installed in a quarry supplying asphalt and road construction projects in Van, the closed-circuit General 01 Mobile Crusher started production on 21.07.2025. Reaching a capacity of 175 tons within 1 hour after commissioning, the plant processes limestone on site and produces aggregate in 2 different sizes.

What Does the Closed-Circuit Structure Provide on Site?

In a closed-circuit system, oversized material remaining on the screen returns to the crusher. This keeps the product size under control and produces cubical aggregate required for asphalt and road infrastructure. In the Van installation, material is transferred from the vibrating feeder rock hopper to the impact crusher, and then to the 4-deck vibrating screen group.

• Maintenance: Screen vibration is provided by 2 vibromotors, keeping maintenance requirements low.
