Our 350 tph 110 Crushing and Screening Plant, manufactured by General Makina in Türkiye and successfully assembled and commissioned in Algeria, continues to operate with high production efficiency under demanding field conditions.

Within the crushing process, large rock boulders from the quarry are initially processed by the heavy-duty GNR 110 Primary Jaw Crusher before transfer to the secondary stage. In the secondary phase, the DMK 03 Secondary Impact Crusher reduces the material size, while the tertiary VSI 900 Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher produces 0 - 3 mm high-grade fine aggregate and cubic cubical product. Thanks to the closed-circuit return system, material over 25 mm is re-fed into the VSI crusher to achieve precise target specifications with zero material loss.
